Our Mission
Since launching in February 2018, we have provided award winning, professional services to dental practices and teams across the UK. Our mission has always been to build a well supported, fully inclusive, inspired and empowered community of dental professionals and to support our clients with a personable, friendly and professional service.
Diamond Dental Staff work with dental business owners and members of the leadership team to promote Sustainable Recruitment in Dentistry. We have always offered so much more than dental recruitment services alone. We spend time with our clients to help them strategise their employer branding and employee value proposition to ensure they implement and maintain a great team culture. This helps with staff retention, professional development, employee engagement & job satisfaction.
Diamond Dental Staff will only share carefully selected applicants that we believe would be an asset to dental teams and patients. It’s important to match the right dynamics and promote harmony with existing teams to achieve a long-term, sustainable recruitment process.
We recruit for the full dental team, from receptionists up to specialist dentists, and have a growing community of nearly 4,000 members!
Naturally and excitingly, our services have evolved over the last 4 years, meaning we can deliver dental business consultancy services, in-house training, marketing, and mentoring to individuals and teams.
Diamond Dental Staff have been a huge amount of support for us over the past 2 or more years. They have successfully recruited during the recruitment crisis some amazing candidates for us when all else failed. Emma is always on hand to give you friendly advice when you need it and supports all her candidates extremely well through the process and beyond. Meet our founder
Emma Anastasi, CEO & Founding Director
I started my dental career as a dental receptionist at a mixed dental practice in 2008. I was encouraged to follow the path of a Dental Therapist and at the time which at the time, you needed to be a Dental Nurse to apply. I qualified from Kings College Hospital as a Dental Nurse in 2013 and then joined the world-class, multidisciplinary specialist dental practice Dawood & Tanner.
It was here where I completed additional training in Impression taking, suture removal, and dental radiography. Instead of following the path of a Dental Therapist, I moved to Brighton to join a mixed dental practice in West Sussex as a Practice Manager in 2016, where I managed a team of 8-10.
After having a bad experience with more than one dental recruitment agency, as a candidate and as a manager, I was inspired to launch Diamond Dental Staff, with the vision to build a community and support network for dental professionals, which was something that I felt was missing.
What had initially started as a Dental Recruitment Agency has since evolved into a multi-award-winning, Dental Business Consultancy. Diamond Dental Staff is now the leading and best-rated dental recruitment service provider in the UK.
