I started Diamond Dental Staff in 2018 with no business experience at all. I was a Practice Manager that had her confidence squashed, who was suffering with anxiety and desperate for a way out dentistry completely.
Fast forward 4 years, Diamond Dental Staff are now the leading Dental Recruitment Consultancy in the UK and were finalists for Dentistry’s ‘Industry Awards’ 2021.
With all that we have learnt and gained in experience, Diamond Dental Staff has now evolved to a Dental Business Consultancy, with a network of the most highly respected partners and a growing community.
I am passionate about helping dental practices and dental professionals with their long term career plans or goals. Promoting ‘Sustainable Recruitment in Dentistry’ through conscientious recruitment strategies, HR support and guidance, helping practices understand their practices employer branding and employee value proposition.

About me
I live in Brighton which really feels like home. I would love to live on a farm in the future, rescue some animals and my biggest goal in life is to adopt one day.

Bo and I were invited to take part in a school charity project which saw Mr Bojangles rise to fame in East Sussex.

If you are a community member or job applicant, I can help you to understand what opportunities we have available that are best matched to your experience and career plan.
A big part of my role is compliance checks, I complete all the administrative side of things to ensure we have everything we need when making an introduction. Once we have everything together, I will organise and share all that we have with our community members permission to help with your HR processes.
Aside from that, I spend a great amount of time reminding Emma to move her car so she doesn’t get a ticket, or keeping her calm when she thinks that she has lost her car for the 12th time that week.
